Thrylia Part 1: Τhe Healing SoulHerb

Thalia Antoniadou was born in 1958 in Australia. She studied Theology at the University of Athens and attended freehand drawing classes at the Petra School. Since 1990, she has been living and working in Nafplio. She is a member of the Women’s Literary Society and the Greek Children's Book Circle. For the past twenty years, she has been a founding member of the Fairytale Stage of the Nafplio Municipal Theatre.

Awards:
1986: Short story "Anatomy of a Change", which was published in August of the same year in the magazine “Nea Estia”.
2008: Short story “Three Streets Down,” from the Northern Greece Writers' Association.
2009: *Young Adult Novel “Elli on the Poster”, from the Women's Literary Society .

"The Runner’s Journeys", Fairy tales for children aged 8-11, Minoas Publications, Athens 2002 (Illustrated by Spyros Gousis). The book was Included among the top four shortlisted children's books for the 2003 award by the magazine “Diavazo.”

"Why the August Moon Smiles", Kastaniotis Publications, Athens 2004 (Illustrated by Christos Dimos). The book was selected as one of the best fairy tales read in 2004 by the Marathon Reading event in Crete.
