Christodoulos Koutsoulianos was born in Kalamaria, Greece, in 1966. He holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Thessaly in Larissa. He pursued an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, where he was recognized as the university's Student of the Year in 2003 for his achievements in marketing.A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Christodoulos Koutsoulianos has actively participated in numerous training seminars and workshops. These programs have enriched his knowledge and expertise in various areas, including public administration, business planning, corporate strategy, internal control, and human resource management and development. Christodoulos Koutsoulianos's insightful perspectives on public administration and business practices have been widely disseminated through his published articles and research papers. Since 1993, Christodoulos Koutsoulianos has served as the General Manager of the Kalamaria Development Agency D.A.E.K..
