How to Request Materials

1. Purchase Subscription
   Click “Request Materials” and choose your subscription plan.
2. Submit Verification Documents (within 5 days)
   Buyers must provide:
   • EU Buyers: VAT number + company registration (VIES)
   • Non-EU Buyers: Company registration documents + Tax ID
   • Verified email and phone
   • Signed NDA
3. Activate Subscription
   Access begins after NDA is signed.
4. Select Titles
   Complete a simple form to choose the samples you want.

Important Notes:

• If documents are not submitted within 5 days, your payment is refunded.
• For additional samples beyond your plan, a proportional fee or upgrade discount will apply.
